Great puck movement leads to power play goal!

Sidney Crosby has started playing like his usual self and when that happens, everyone else rises up as well.

A benefactor of Sid's play as of late is Phil Kessel. He has been starting to be the Phil Kessel that Pittsburgh hoped they traded for.

Tonight he scored one of the easier goals of his career off a great Crosby pass and some great puck movement. Evgeni Malkin had the puck on the right boards. He then sent the puck to Patric Hornqvist who found some space in the slot. Hornqvist then slid the puck over to Crosby who was at the right post who then passed it to a wide open Kessel who put the puck into a wide open net. The goal put the Pens up 3-2 and it is currently that same score in the third.

With how tight the Eastern Conference, it is a good time for the Pens to find their groove and have everyone start firing on all cylinders.
