There is a very interesting development in the National Hockey League.

According to a report from TSN insider Darren Dreger, no less than three Canadian teams are currently competing for the services of just one 25-year-old center, and it's entirely unclear who is more likely to emerge the winner.

Dreger reports that current Philadelphia Flyers forward Jordan Weal is currently having a meeting with the Vancouver Canucks, and while that would appear to indicate that he has interest in that team, Dreger is also reporting that he met with both the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs earlier this week.

It has to be said, there is no indication that one of these three will emerge the winner, as Dreger has indicated that other teams also have interest in Weal, although he did not share what teams those may be.
