Hawks rookie scores his first career goal!

Another rookie, another first career goal not even 5 games into this early season.

However, this wasn't your prototypical goal scorer. Viktor Svedberg scored his first career goal against the Washington Capitals. He is a 6 foot 8, 238 pound defenseman, so scoring goals isn't exactly what the Hawks are expecting him to do. But I doubt the Hawks will complain if he starts chipping in every now and then.

The goal was assisted by another Hawks rookie, Artemi Panarin who has been having himself a good start to the season,
