The Chicago Blackhawks have revealed their roster for their opening night matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

As expected, Alex DeBrincat has been recalled from the Rockford IceHogs after being 'sent down' recently in what was really a paper move. The star prospect will suit up on the third line with Artem Anisimov and Patrick Sharp, in what promises to give the Blackhawks a balanced attack.

Richard Panik and Brandon Saad will flank Jonathan Toews' wings, while Nick Schmaltz will center a line with Patrick Kane and Ryan Hartman.

On defense, Gustav Forsling, who was also recalled from Rockford yesterday, will suit up in the top six along with Jan Rutta. Recently signed Cody Franson will sit along with Jordan Oesterle.
