Hayes chirps the Leafs and the refs in maybe the best mic’d up video in NHL history

Don’t look now but the Philadelphia Flyers are one of the hottest teams in the NHL. The team is on a five game win streak and have gone 6-2-2 in their past 10 games. 

The most impressive victory of this current stretch has to have been the 6-1 beatdown that they laid on the Toronto Maple Leafs this past Tuesday evening. The Flyers overwhelmed the Leafs late in the game with a five goal third period performance. Dominance.

But, you know what? The best thing to come out of that game for Flyers fans wasn’t even the score… it was this absolutely incredible video of a mic’d up Kevin Hayes.

UPDATE: On closer inspection this video is actually from the Flyers’ Monday night loss to the Vancouver Canucks. Nonetheless… it’s still hilarious.
