The injury-plagued Dallas Stars are off to a mediocre start, to say the least. With a record of 4-6-3, they're below every Dallas fans expectations and off course, their staff's expectation.

Coming off a terrible loss in which they were outscorer 8 to 2 against the Winnipeg Jets, Head Coach Lindy Ruff openly criticized his star player Tyler Seguin. "We need more from him in his own end. He has to make that an important part of his game, and it has to be on a consistent basis from the start of the game to the finish" said Ruff.

Seguin, who is the Stars scoring leader, was used a skinny 13 minutes against the Jets, 6 minutes below his season average. Hopefully, the former second overall pick will find a way to play a more complete game and help his team fight for the top of the division.
