Great news for Montreal Canadiens fans: superstar goaltender Carey Price is not only 100% ready to take in game action, but has claimed that he feels like “his old self”, according to the Score.
In an interview given to InGoal Magazine, the 29-year-old goalie who had suffered a sprained MCL which limited him to 12 games last season, admitted that he can’t wait for the 2016-2017 season to begin:
“I’ve been working towards a goal I haven’t gotten to yet.”
A fierce competitor who has won at every level he’s ever played, he looks to repeat or improve upon his stellar 2014-2015 season which saw him take home the Hart, Vezina, Ted Lindsay Award, and the Jennings Trophy in historical fashion.
