In honor of Independence Day: The greatest singing of the Star Spangled Banner in history

In honour of July 4th and the celebration of Independence Day in the United States, we present to you the greatest singing of the Star Spangled Banner in pro sports history.

But first, a little perspective. Just days after the United States declared war on Iraq in the first Gulf War, the hometown Chicago crowd drowned out anthem singer Wayne Messmer with patriotic singing and cheering… a tradition that continues to this day.
