The Jimmy Howard Saga

Jimmy Howard’s situation is just like a bad soap opera. One day he’s feeling better, the other he’s not. One day he’s on the ice, the other, not. Actually Jimmy Howard re-injured himself while he was down in the American Hockey League with the Grand Rapids Griffins. 

He was working on the final stages of his rehab from an MCL sprain. Howard was back on the ice this morning but Blashill said he won’t be available before the break.

Petr Mrazek is expected to be in the net tomorrow against the Washington Capitals
