Injury report: Bad news for Krug

As if things couldn't get any worse for the Boston Bruins, another key player to the team will likely be out tonight against the Los Angeles Kings.

Torey Krug took a hard hit against the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday night, and ended up leaving the bench towards the end of the game.

Bruce Cassidy spoke to the press following the loss in regards to the severity of the injury, saying "I honestly don't know".

It was reported that we would have to wait until game-time or so to find out about his status, but it seems more and more likely that he will be out of the lineup.

He joins key players such as David Krejci, Brad Marchand, and Anders Bjork on the sidelines. 

David Backes, Ryan Spooner, and Adam McQuaid are also out of action. 

Brace yourselves, Boston. It's going to be a long season at this rate.
