According to a report from Ottawa Senators play-by-play announcer Dean Brown, the team could have forward Bobby Ryan back in their lineup in short order.
The 30-year-old winger has been out of the team’s lineup since breaking his finger in a game against the Toronto Maple Leafs on October 21st. Before that, the power forward was playing stellar with six points in his first eight games. This combined with this 15 points in 19 playoff games last season has to come as a sign of encouragement for Sens fans. Ryan struggled through a historically bad campaign in 2016-17 with just 13 goals and 25 points in 62 games.
