Injury Report: Finally some good news for Fowler

According to a report from Orange County Register beat reporter Eric Stephens, the Anaheim Ducks could have defenseman Cam Fowler back in the lineup earlier than anticipated.

Cam Fowler (knee) is taking part in Ducks practice. Was part of PK as they did some power play work. Apparently he started skating on his own earlier in the week.

Fowler has been out of the Ducks lineup since suffering a knee injury against the Montreal Canadiens on Oct 19th. It was feared that 25-year-old blue liner could miss as much as six weeks, but don’t be surprised if he finds his way back into the lineup next week.

In just seven games this season, Fowler has put up a goal and an assist.
