Injury Report: Terrible news for Vegas and Subban
Keystone Press

The Vegas Golden Knights have announced that goaltender Malcolm Subban whas been placed on injured reserve following a lower-body injury sustained in the team’s 3-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues

Subban is expected to be out of the team’s lineup for approximately four weeks. This, of course is the worst possible news for the Knights as they’re also without the services of goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury who is out long-term with a concussion.

After being acquired from the Boston Bruins off of waivers, Subban has gone 2-0 with the Knights, posting a 2.06 GAA. He had stopped 37 of 38 shots agains that blues on Saturday before going down with the injury. The rookie team will now turn to rookie Oscar Dansk between the pipes.
