Insider believes one of the NHL's top stars will be traded after the Cup Final.

One insider has made an absolutely bonkers prediction for the Stanley Cup Final.

During a segment of Hockey Central at Noon Sportsnet insider Nick Kypreos made the following statement:

"A lot of people talkin about Stamkos playing his last games in Tampa, Malkin is going to be playing his last series in the Final for Pittsburgh."

When asked point blank if he believes Malkin will be traded after the season is over Kypreos doubled down on his prediction.

"Couldn't have a better time, could not hit the market at a better time to trade Malkin. It makes no sense to move forward from here on in with Malkin and Crosby"
