You always want your team to clinch before their final game of the season, but the Bruins have decided to make things more exciting. Boston takes on the Ottawa Senators at the TD Garden today in a game that will decide their fate regarding the playoffs.

Their game against the Senators is a must win. Detroit has 1 more non-shootout win and that gives them the tie breaker. Even if Boston does what they have to do and pick up the win against Ottawa, if Detroit wins in regulation or overtime, they clinch 3rd place in the Atlantic. Then it will come down to seeing what the Flyers do in their last 2 games.
