Jack Eichel didn't seem like he missed the first 21 games of the season tonight.
He was a big factor in the Sabres beating the Ottawa Senators 5-4. He picked up a goal and an assist and added a much needed boost to Buffalo's offense. Eichel is one of those players that makes everyone he plays with better. Ryan O'Reilly who had been struggling picked up two goals.
Eichel's return could not come at a better time for Buffalo. They are currently 2nd last in the eastern conference and are tied for last in scoring. Eichel will definitely help that stat. There will most likely be some rust to shake off, but he definitely got off to a great start.
