KHL player cut badly by skate to the neck, posts pictures online.

First and foremost we want ot warn our readers that there are images below which may be disturbing to some.

With that out of the way, the KHL witnessed an absolutely horrifying incident over the week-end when Vitaly Sitnikov's neck was cut by the skate of former NHLer Ladislav Nagy.

Somehow despite suffering a fairly severe cut to the neck he miraculously avoided damage to all his major veins and arteries, and felt well enough to share a picture of the after effects of the cut.
