Larkin can’t get up after snapshot right in the onions!

We cannot use too many words to explain what just happened to poor Dylan Larkin… 

Canada and the United States wrap up round robin play at the 2019 World Hockey Championship today, and Larkin took the ultimate sacrifice to stop the Canadians from increasing their lead. 

Right after the puck was dropped in the face-off circle, Philippe Myers went in with a laser to try and beat the American goalie. However, Larkin posted himself in front of the puck, but unfortunately ended up blocking it with his balls… 

Right away, it was clear that Larkin was in a lot of pain. He barely made it to the team’s bench and couldn’t stand up to speak with the trainers. He was eventually helped to the dressing room and did not return to the game.
