Leon Draisaitl reflects on playing with Connor McDavid!

After a huge win in Edmonton where the Oilers retained their 2nd spot in the Pacific division against the Anaheim Ducks, all eyes were on Leon Draisailt who scored the game winning goal in overtime.

Lined-up with Connor McDavid, Draisaitl was praised by his head coach Todd McLellan; " He was the best player on the ice, every shift". Leon played more than 20 minutes, shooting twice on net and winning 10 out of 16 faceoffs. Possession wise, he posted a Corsi% of 56% which is impressive considering he was facing the toughest Ducks line most of the time.

"Well, i think every player should think [they're the best] but it's pretty hard to do when you're a line with Connor McDavid, i'll tell you that!" said Draisaitl in interview. "When you play with a guy like Connor you want to get him the puck as much as possible but it wasn't a night to do that, they basically just mered him along the ice, a lot of time it was a 4 on 4 game, sometimes you have to play your own game."

The Oilers are back on the ice tonight as they're facing the Minnesota Wild
