Line brawl erupts on Saturday night!

Icing calls are rarely this exciting.

It didn't take long for tempers to flare in California on Saturday night, or more precisely Saturday afternoon if you're on the West Coast, less than seven minutes into the game and we already had an all out line brawl after an icing call turned first in to a minor physical altercation before exploding in to multiple fights.

It was Anaheim Ducks forward Corey Perry who appeared to set things off, he had been mobbed along the boards after the icing call but the National Hockey League officlas on the ice seemed to manage to get control of the situation, that is until Perry gave a parting shot to Brayden Schenn and all hell broke loose.

The end result was six minor penalties being dished out, as well as two game misconducts, and again, this only seven minutes into the game.
