The Senators are hosting the Philadelphia Flyers tonight. Coming off a great 4-2 win in New Jersey on Wednesday, the Sens will be looking for a 4th victory in 5 games as they try to turn their season around after a lacklustre start. They will play the first of two back-to-back games in less than 24 hours this evening as they travel to Buffalo tomorrow to face the Sabres.

Despite getting the win against the Devils, D.J. Smith opted to switch things up within his lineup as one player came back from injury. Logan Brown will play in today's game after recovering from a shoulder injury. He will pivot the first offensive line alongside Brady Tkachuk and Anthony Duclair.

Bobby Ryan who has been in and out of the lineup so far this season after failing to meet expectations will play on the fourth line with Chris Tierney and Filip Chlapik. Ryan has 1 goal and 4 points in 14 games so far this season while earning north of 7 million dollars per year.

Jean Gabriel-Pageau will be reunited with Nick Paul and Connor Brown with whom he has found a lot of success. Pageau leads the Sens with 11 goals and 14 points this season and leads the NHL with a +19 differential so far this season.

J.C. Beaudin was sent back down to the AHL to make room for the return of Logan Brown to the lineup.

There are no changes to report on defence, but as far as goaltending goes, Anders Nilsson will get the start tonight. That means that Craig Anderson will most likely be the netminder tomorrow in Buffalo.

Here is the Senator's projected lineup for tonight's matchup against the Flyers according to NHL.com correspondent Callum Fraser:

Forwards:

Brady Tkachuk - Logan Brown - Anthony Duclair

Vladislav Namestnikov - Colin White - Tyler Ennis

Nick Paul - Jean-Gabriel Pageau - Connor Brown

Filip Chlapik - Chris Tierney - Bobby Ryan

Defencemen:

Thomas Chabot - Nikita Zaitsev

Erik Brannstrom - Ron Hainsey

Mark Borowiecki - Dylan DeMelo

Goaltenders:

Anders Nilsson

Craig Anderson

Cody Goloubef and Mikkel Boedkker are set to be sidelined this evening as healthy scratches. Meanwhile, Scott Sabourin and Artem Anisimov are still recovering from injuries.

The Flyers are coming off a shootout win to the red-hot Washington Capitals and will look to build on that momentum in order to earn a point in a 14th consecutive game. The Senators will have to fight hard to keep their good run of form going.

It should be a great Hockey game!
