Major controversy after call from NHL officials leads to two goals and a penalty.

There's no question this was a game changing call, the question is was the right call made?

On Thursday night Chicago Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville challenged the Minnesota Wild's second goal of the game, a goal that came in the third period of play, but his challenge was unsuccessful.

In the National Hockey League's rule book an offside can be waved off when the puck bounces off a defending player and back into the defending zone, and it appears that this is the rule the NHL officials to make their call.

Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville was not the least bit happy about the call however and he was sure to let the NHL officials on the ice know about it. The result was a Wild goal, a Wild power-play, and another Wild goal as a result of that power-play.

What do you think, was this the right call?
