Major update on the health of Wild star Zach Parise.

Despite the fact that he is without a doubt one of the most beloved players in the Minnesota hockey market, there has been growing frustration surrounding both the health and performance of Wild star Zach Parise, thankfully Tuesday brought with it some good news on that front.

While there has yet to be an official announcement according to the Minnesota Wild's top insider, Mike Russo of the Star Tribune, the Wild's high priced forward will be back in the line up when the Wild face off against the Calgary Flames. Russo has stated that the update came from Parise himself, so it's sounds like a safe bet he will in fact play.

While Parise has only appeared in 8 games for the Wild thus far due to the injury, he has performed well offensively in those contests recording two goals and 4 assists for 6 points.
