I have to give the man credit, this was one hell of a spectacular answer.

Sunday was media day for the Boston Bruins and the St. Louis Blues ahead of Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final and, although it can often be quite a chore for the players involved, sometimes there are some really cool little moments that come out of the event. This year was no exception as many of the players in attendance had very memorable quotes or moments that they shared with the massive number of journalists that were on hand, but perhaps the most endearing bit of the day will go to NBC Sports.

Trying to come up with a unique question amidst hundreds if not thousands of questions on media day is not necessarily an easy task, so the guys over at NBC Sports decided to combine 2 of their interests to create what turned out to be an excellent question. Everyone knows that the HBO series Game of Thrones is all the rage right now and so the guys at NBC capitalized on that by asking every Bruins player which game of Thrones character they would compare themselves to. The answers ranged from the unexpected to the rather generic but I've got to me honest most of the players featured in NBC's short clip of the questions gave some pretty interesting answers.

None however would compare to the answer that was given by Boston Bruins star Brad Marchand, perhaps the most fitting character he could have picked for himself. Now if we were going purely for the most hated character that honor probably would have gone to one Joffrey Baratheon, however Marchand did not go very far away from that selection at all. Instead Marchand picked another of the series most notorious villains, and perhaps even a character that is more universally hated than Joffrey was at the time.

Now you may have noticed that I have not told you which character Marchand picked, and for good reason. The answer was so good that I want you guys to check out the video below and get the chance to experience it for yourself, spoiler free.
