After having an amazing year in the Jets' roster, Mark Scheifele was called to join Team Canada in Europe for the World Championship. The centerman was obviously there to have an impact and he was recognized in an awesome way today.
Top three players among all the Canadian superstars present in the tournament, that's something to cheer for! He scored 8 points in 9 games and was a huge part of the team's success.
Canada will fight for the gold tomorrow against Sweden and you can expect Scheifele to be right in the middle of the fight.
