Report: Chicago Blackhawks lose another cup champion forward.

The Stanley Cup Champions are bleeding players and this time it's free agent Brad Richards who has opted no to return to the team. Richardds is coming off his second career Stanley Cup after a finals win over the Tampa Lightning, in which he perormed well. so he apparently got a little extra interest today, Many thought the Lightning  could be a destination but instead the Detroit Red Wings have stepped up and acquired the veteran winger. This is now their second big acquisition on the day having previously managed to sign former Capitals defenseman Mike Green. His new contract is a one year deal worth a reported $3 million dollars.
