Montreal radio host reveals a shocking story about Mike Ribeiro.

National Hockey League veteran Mike Riberio's career appears to be over at this point and now the vultures are circling.

While Ribeiro has by all accounts led a troubled life, during a radio interview on 91.9 Sports in Montreal Pierre Rinfret may have revealed one of the most shocking stories we've heard to date.

The topic of discussion was Ribeiro's substance abuse problem and when asked about whether or not it had impacted his time in Montreal Rinfret responded in the negative, suggesting that it was another scandal that had forced the Canadiens to trade away Ribeiro. 

According to Rinfret, the beginning of Ribeiro's troubles were caused by the fact that he slept with the daughter of a highly respected member of the Canadiens organization, however he would not expand further on the story despite being pressured by the other members of the discussion.

Of course a sexual act between two adults should be no one else's business, however we don't know if that was the case. There have previously been allegations accusing Ribeiro of being a sexual predator, and recently as well. 

It was just two years ago that Ribeiro settled a shocking lawsuit in which he was accused by his former nanny of sexual assault, the nanny was just 18-years old at the time the alleged assault took place. As is often the case in these situations, no details of the settlement have ever been made public. 

It's important to note that these are merely accusations by Rinfret, and none of this has ever been confirmed by another source as far as we know.
