More bad news for Patrick Laine.
Keystone Press

The Winnipeg Jets just got a bad news from the doctors as their star forward Patrick Laine won't fly with his teammates for their next 3-game road trip, according to Sara Orlesky. Meaning the Jets will be held without their top scorer for at least 3 games!

The Jets are heading to California as they're set to face The Coyotes and the Kings in a back-to-back matchup starting friday. They're also set to play against the Sharks in San Jose monday night before coming back in the Peg.

Coach Paul Maurice certainly circled the game against the Kings, as Darryl Sutter's formation is only one point ahead of the Jets, holding the last playoff seed.
