The Toronto Maple Leafs were ready to play some hockey tonight! They scored two quick goals early in the first to take a 2-0 lead against the Pittsburgh Penguins!

First, Connor Brown accepted a pass from Morgan Rielly to open up the scoring!

Then, 19 seconds later, James Van Riemsdyk completed an outstanding play, accepting a no-look pass from Mitch Marner to make it 2-0 Leafs!

Toronto are now leading 3-0 after the first period!

Wow! What a start!
