Must See: First look at Anders Nilsson's slick new pads with the Canucks

It remains to be seen how much crease time Anders Nilsson will get in Vancouver, but we do know he'll be looking good whenever he takes to the ice. 

The former Buffalo Sabre posted a picture of his pads for the upcoming season on his Instagram account. 

The Canucks signed Nilsson to a two-year contract worth $2.5 million per year on the first day of free agency. He'll likely begin the season as the backup to Jacob Markstrom, but if he plays well, he very well could work his way into a starting gig.

The 27-year-old Nilsson posted a .923 save percentage in 26 appearances last season and could see the heaviest workload of his three-season NHL career in 2017-18.
