The Leafs' AHL-affiliate club the Toronto Marlies took on the Belleville Senators Friday night, and the rivalry hit all the right notes, with a couple of fights, and massive hits.
Check out these two consecutive hits from Leafs' undrafted prospect Mason Marchment. He (deservedly) got a kneeing penalty on the first hit, but he took no prisoners in this sequence, with a vicious, but highlight-reel set of hits.
Marchment, 22, went undrafted, and joined the Marlies on an amateur tryout back in 2015.
He has 5 goals and 7 assists in 17 AHL games this season.
