It’s a bittersweet offseason for Detroit Red Wings fans. While the team gets ready to move into a brand new building for 2017-18, that also means saying goodbye to Joe Louis Arena. The legendary building  officially closed on July 30th after nearly 40 years in operation.

Now, the team turns its focus to it’s new home: Little Caesar’s Arena. The massive, $860+ million arena is still under construction, but will be ready for puck drop when the team takes the ice for the first time in 2017-18. Now, we’re getting a sneak peek inside the building, courtesy of Dylan Larkin’s Snapchat account.

Check it out:

Oh, man. We’re not sure which is more breathtaking, the size of that LED scoreboard or those seven legendary numbers hanging from the rafters. One thing’s for sure, even though Little Caesar’s Arena may not have the history and charm of Joe Louis Arena, it’s going to be a world class facility that’s the envy of the entire NHL.
