Must See: McDavid gets the biggest cheer of the night at UFC 215

Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid is used to receiving a large ovation at Rogers Place, but not like the one he received last night. Usually the assembled crowd is there to cheer on McDavid and the Oilers, but last night the state-of-the-art venue hosted UFC 215: Nunes vs. Shevchenko 2 where Amanda Nunes successfully defended her UFC Women's Bantamweight championship against Valentina Shevchenko in a five round slugfest. 

Surprisingly though, the loudest cheers didn’t come for Nunes or Fight of the Night contestants Jeremy Stephens and Gilbert Melendez, they came for McDavid.
