The Vegas Golden Knights are certainly taking the entire NHL planet by surprise with their inaugural season so far. David Perron is having a good season himself, with five points in his first eight games played. Friday night, Perron scored a beauty of a goal against the Colorado Avalanche!
Perron, 29, was drafted 26th overall by the St.Louis Blues in 2007. He played six seasons with the Blues before being traded to the Edmonton Oilers. He also played with the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Anaheim Ducks, before going back with the Blues for the 2016-2017 season. Vegas claimed him in the Expansion Draft. In 660 games played in the NHL, the Sherbrooke (Quebec) native registered 383 points.
This beauty of a goal was his 162nd in the NHL.
