Pittsburgh Penguins forward Phil Kessel completed a perfect passing play against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday night. The Penguins are currently leading 4-1 after two periods played. Kessel has already scored two goals tonight.
The American forward, drafted fifth overall by the Boston Bruins, played 857 games in the NHL with the Bruins, the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Penguins, registering 678 points. He added 66 points in 71 playoff games.
Before tonight's game, Kessel has registered 27 points in 24 games so far this season.
He helped the Penguins to win back-to-back Stanley Cups (2016, 2017).
