Must See: Sens’ Condon and his bizarre training routine

As the offseason wears on social media is becoming more and more filled with posts from NHLers ramping up their training for the upcoming season. In the case of Ottawa Senators goaltender Mike Condon though, we’re not sure his routine can be matched.
