New Sabres jerseys reportedly leaked!

Earlier today, NHL jersey/logo resource Icethetics published a blog in which they cite a Twitter user named Rbush1981 over a potentially leaked third jersey for the Buffalo Sabres. 

The design is… well pretty simple. The biggest thing you’ll notice is that the Sabres, who are celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2019-20, have elected to go with a white third jersey, rather than a blue third jersey.

Other reports also said the jersey would be primarily white, as this one is. Add to that, it matches the overall look of the graphic elements the Sabres have been using in their social media marketing since the reveal of their 50th anniversary logos.

I’ve reached out to my sources to double check veracity of this image, but Ihaven’t heard back yet. Ihave to say, though, if this is a fake, it’s one of the best I’ve ever seen. Ifeel fairly comfortable saying this is probably what we should expect from the Sabres in 2019-20 as they celebrate their 50th anniversary season.
