One of the toughest job in the NHL is most certainly being an NHL head coach. Look at Claude Julien, he led his team to a Stanley Cup and kept on doing the best he could with the Bruins throughout the years and now, even in a playoff spot or close to, we keep hearing his name in firing rumors.

Lindy Ruff is also starting to feel the heat. After a solid 82-game season last year where the Stars got away with the Central Division title, Ruff's team is crumbling and is currently ranking as the 11th team in the Western Conference.

"It is surprising that he has lasted this long, but Dallas Stars coach Lindy Ruff will be fired if the team does not make the playoffs" a high ranking official within the organization said. “He’s got to win,” the official said. “You can’t fire the other 23 guys.” according to Star-Telegram.com

The Stars have 32 games remaining to make the playoffs, and save Lindy Ruff’s job
