NHL fan makes $22 500 with $5 bet and four crazy predictions!

In Montreal, Mise-o-jeu allows you to bet on different NHL games and on very precise predictions. It seems almost impossible to get it right, however, it did not scare off one NHL fan, who decide to make four specific predictions last night, which ended up making him rich! 

According to the Mise-o-jeu social media accounts, one Montreal fan bet five dollars on four different games of the NHL calendar last night. He never to predict the winner of the contest, but that team needed to get the victory by four goals or more. He picked the Boston Bruins winning by four or more, the Buffalo Sabres, the Pittsburgh Penguins and Tampa Bay Lightning, all winning their respective contest by four goals or more. 

And we all know what took place last night:

• Bruins star goalie Tuukka Rask stopped 24 shots for his 250th career win as the Bruins beat the Minnesota Wild 4-0. 

• Jeff Skinner scored his 29th goal of the season and the Sabres scored five times in the second period on their way to a 5-1 win over the  New Jersey Devils.

• Penguins' Matt Murray stopped 36 shots and remained unbeaten since his return from a lower-body injury, leading his team to a 5-1 victory over the Florida Panthers. 

• And Brayden Point had two goals and an assist as the NHL-leading Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 4-0. 

Check. Check. Check. Check.

The five-dollar bet turned into a $22 500 win.
