In an absolutely unreal story published in The Guardian on Thursday we learn the story of perhaps the toughest fan of the National Hockey League to have ever lived.

According to the report, a 43-year-old Penguins fan was reportedly stabbed in the head with a screwdriver after getting into a dispute with a much younger man, but here's the crazy part, he refused treatment when police arrived at the scene because he was about to watch Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Instead the man informed police that he would drive himself to the hospital once the game was conluded, and that's exactly what he did without missing even a single second of the Penguins 3-1 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
