Earlier this season National Hockey League rookie Jake DeBrusk brought tears to his father's eyes when he recorded his first goal in the NHL and it was a moment that went viral across the internet.

Now for the first time DeBrusk has commented on what it was like to watch his father, former NHL enforcer Louie DeBrusk, go through such an emotional moment when he first realized it happened.

While Jake said pretty much what you would expect about the moment, he also said that he might be letting his tough guy dad hear about it a little for the water show.
