NHL shares video to explain all rules changes in place for the 2019-20 season

The NHL preseason is underway and the league wanted to make sure fans were on the same page as players when it comes to rules changes for the upcoming season. 

Chicago Blackhawks insider Ben Pope of the Sun Times has revealed that a video is being presented during the intermissions of preseason contests this month, to inform fans of the changes that have taken place in the summer when it comes to rules and regulations. 

The NHL announced back in June a series of rule changes for the 2019-20 season that include the use of expanded video review and enhanced player safety initiatives, as well as promoting even more offense and flow in the game.
