NHL team may have accidentally revealed their brand new logo.

There is an interesting leak being reported, made all the more interesting by the fact that we did not see this one coming.

It appears that the Florida Panthers are getting ready to update the look of their franchise, and more specifically, it appears that they plan to usher in a new logo for next season. Unfortunately for the Panthers they may not be the ones who unveil it.

That's because according to a joint report from Paul Lukas and Chris Creamer, the new Panthers logo has already been leaked, although to be fair their have been some conflicting reports on this topic. 

First here's a look at what Lukas and Creamer are claiming is the new logo, certainly much more subdued than the existing logo but I must admit I think it's really nice.

Perhaps the most notable conflicting report comes from Harvey Fialkov who covers the Panthers for the sun Sentinnel. However even Fialkov has admitted that according to his sources the logo is "close" but may not be the exact final product.
