Here we go! The NHL has FINALLY, mercifully given fans a sneak peek at the much anticipated Retro Reverse jerseys that apparently coming for the 2020-21 season.

There have been "leaks" by some fans over the past few weeks, but nothing official from the league until today. Earlier today the NHL gave its first official sneak peek of the new threads with all eight teams in the Pacific Division given early treatement.

Check it out:

Not bad... not bad at all. But, enough with the intrigue! I want to see the full uniforms!

According to a report from Mark J. Burns of the Sports Business Journal Daily, the NHL and Adidas are planning a "broader mid-November unveiling" of retro styled jerseys for the entire league.

Last week these new "retro-reverse" jerseys for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Philadelphia Flyers and Vegas Golden Knights and Anaheim Ducks were reportedly leaked by NHL jersey and logo database Icethetics published a report on some rumoured vintage jersey leaks involving the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers. According to the report the Pens and Flyers are throwing things back to the 1990s with "Reverse Retro" jerseys.

Icethetics also reported on some more Retro Reverse jersey leaks and this time it involves the Vegas Golden Knights and the Anaheim Ducks. But Vegas doesn't have anything retro, you say? Pish posh... the Las Vegas Thunder were a major player in the IHL during the 1990s and as a result, the Golden Knights are using the Thunder's classic 90s uniform as their template.

I gotta say... I kinda like it.

There was speculation that the Ducks would throw it back to the Mighty Ducks days and will reportedly wear an orange version of their atrocious Wild Wing inspired sublimated jerseys for the upcoming season.

Check it out:

Maybe I'm not just one for nostalgia but... this is ugly as Hell. Plus, according to the official NHL release up at the top of this article, the Ducks are apparently using their iconic Mighty Ducks logo, so I'm not sure how they'll fit "Wild Wing" into their design?

Thoughts?
