Notorious goon now finds himself suspended in two leagues at once.

It appears Zac Rinaldo couldn't even handle playing in the AHL.

Just days after the Boston Bruins' forward was hut with a five-game suspension by the NHL for his illegal check to the head of Tampa Bay Lightning forward Cedric Paquette, Rinaldo now finds himself banned from playing in the American Hockey League.

In Rinaldo's very first game with Providence, the 25-year old delivered a blindside hit to the head of defenseman Kane Lafranchise, during his team's 4-3 overtime loss to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Friday.

Rinaldo was assessed a match penalty, which in the AHL, carries with it an automatic indefinite suspension. He is now ineligible to play until the league reviews his latest case.

Rinaldo's five-game NHL suspension will not begin until he is recalled to Boston. He has one year remaining on his current contract, and is owed $850,000 next season.

Congratulations Zac Rinaldo, you now have the distinct honor of being the biggest goon in not one, but two hockey leagues.

Maybe the Bruins should send him to the ECHL where he can go for the hat-trick.
