Oilers draft pick may be a bust, returns to the KHL.

The Oilers once had high hopes for former third round pick Bogdan Yakimov, but there's now new management in Edmonton and it doesn't sounds like they are keen on wasting their time,

The big 21 year old center bolted for the KHL last season after spending his time playing in the American Hockey League, and that didn't win hi many favors with the organization. This time around, according to Mike Halford of NBC Sportsaccording to Mike Halford of NBC Sports, he's going back to the KHL although it's on a loan from the Oilers, and as of right now it's unclear where that leaves him with the organization.

It doesn't look good, and it sounds even worse if you're listening to Oilers insider Jim Matheson, who believes Yakimov is officially now a wash-out.
