Yet another injury in the NHL.

Edmonton Oilers' 4th overall pick Jesse Puljujarvi left tonight's game after suffering a knee injury. He collided with Islanders defenseman Dennis Seidenberg knee on knee after trying to get around Seidenberg who was trying to hit him. Puljujarvi seemed to be in pain right away and went right off the ice after the collision.

Puljujarvi has been playing some decent hockey in his first season. He has 1 goal and 2 assists through his first 9 games.

Hopefully this injury isn't anything too bad and it is more precautionary that he is not returning to the game.

We will keep you posted once we have more information.
