One NHL team may have a huge advantage when it comes to signing Bruce Boudreau.

As far as we know right now, there are three teams who's number one priority is signing for Anaheim Ducks head coach Bruce Boudreau, as the next head coach of their franchise. Those three teams are the Calgary Flames, Minnesota Wild, and Ottawa Senators.

In fact there have been some rumors that suggest the firing of head coach Bob Hartley by the Flames was expedited by the fact that the Flames believed they could secure Boudreau's services for the future of their franchise.

However that has been one factor in Boudreau's decision that has been seriously underplayed, and that factor is his family. If all things were even in terms of money and term, there are a number of factors that could result in Boudreau leaning one way or the other,for example the talent of each respective roster, their future prospects, location, weather, etc. But through sheer luck the Ottawa Senators find themselves with something no one else has.

Boudreau is in town to meet with the Senators, and when Ottawa Citizen photographer Wayne Cuddington caught up with him, Boudreau was with his daughter, who lives in the Ottawa area, along with Boudreau's grandchild. The same daughter who has been re-tweeting every rumor of her father becoming the next head coach of the Ottawa Senators.

It certainly looks like the Senators may have a major advantage.
