Pacioretty took one of the best decisions of his life

Good news for all Montreal Canadiens fans and management. Captain Max Pacioretty is ready to take on his third season with the letter 'C' and he has never felt better. 

In an interview with TVA Sports, Pacioretty has revealed the reason why he feels so confident stepping into the 2017-18 season with the Habs. The 28-year-old spent his entire summer in Montreal instead of stepping away from the pressure of the city's media attention and passionate fans.

"I moved downtown and I feel like I'm in perfect control in all aspects of my life right now," said Pacioretty in the interview. "People often ask me about the pressure, but every time I step outside my house, people are only telling me positive things on the street. I never had one negative encounter."

"To have spent the summer in Montreal is the best decision I've made to learn how to appreciate the pressure."
