Even though he is just a rookie, Artemi Panarin is making one hell of a name for himself. With the help of Patrick Kane that is.
The incredible duo hooked up once again tonight for a great goal. Kane who came into the zone along the right boards, took a peek and saw Panarin coming into the left side of the zone. Kane then sent a backhand saucer pass right onto the tape of Panarin who was at the left faceoff circle. Panarin hammered it home, giving Blues goalie Brian Elliott no chance. It was one of those passes you have to see. Kane makes it look so easy.
The Panarin-Kane duo has become one of the dangerous duos in the league. Usually you have a passer and a scorer as in Ovechkin-Backstrom. However, with Kane and Panarin, they can both score and they are both great playmakers. That is what makes this duo so dangerous. They can create a play from nothing and when you lose track of one of them, that is when you find the puck in the back of your net.
